Return and Refund Policy

At Blooming Heart Shop, we want you to love every piece of jewelry you purchase from us. If something doesn’t quite meet your expectations, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns:

30-Day Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Damaged or Defective Items Only: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund. Just reach out to us with a photo of the item as you received it, and we’ll handle the rest!
Condition: For hygiene reasons, only unworn and unused items qualify for return. We’re unable to accept returns on jewelry that has been worn.

How to Request a Return:

Return Authorization: Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.

Refund Processing:
